Optimising the value chain

The trend towards liberalisation has brought movement into water supply and disposal structures. An increasing number of private companies are participating in this market. This tendency gives rise to concentration processes that change markets and competitive situations.

We develop water management technology and systems that pursue wholesale approaches, and
make solutions possible that have been technically, economically and ecologically optimised along the entire value chain.
High-precision measurement techniques form the key factors of this.

High-precision measuring technology

Not one drop of water gets past our analysis equipment, flow meters or pressure sensors today. This equipment makes it possible to comply with quality parameters and government regulations and to optimise processes along the whole value chain.

Transparency exists at all times about how much water is produced, treated, distributed or finally disposed of. Metzen water management also has a compact portable measuring system, which can be used for dimensioning sewage treatment plants or calculating freight-dependent waste water charges.

Energy-conscious

We use variable speed drives for water production, treatment and supply. These ensure that the systems are operated energy on an energy-saving basis. The intelligent pump control especially comes into play in multi-pump or compressor stations for larger amounts of water. Operators benefit from reduced downtimes and lower energy consumption, so that the system pays for itself quicker.
